(NASDAQ:PTON). The settlement provides for a fund of $13,950,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired Peloton securities between September 11, 2020 and May 5, 2021, inclusive, and who suffered damages thereby.
