(NASDAQ:SRAC). The settlement provides for a fund of $8,500,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: all persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired SRAC Securities between October 7, 2020 and July 13, 2021, inclusive .
