Tenon Medical Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

LOS GATOS, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 8, 2023 / Tenon Medical, Inc. ("Tenon" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:TNON), a company transforming care for patients suffering with certain sacroiliac joint disorders, today announced that it has commenced a public offering of shares of its common stock (the "Offering"). All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Tenon.
