First, Odaseva Backup for End-Users for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus is an addition to the company's flagship Salesforce Backup and Restore product suite and is now available to install.
Second, Odaseva Gateway will provide end-to-end encryption between third party applications and Salesforce Government Cloud and will be generally available in Q4 2023.
Backup for End-Users for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus allows easy data restoration to undo mistakes
Backup for End-Users is a restore feature that is only offered by Odaseva. It allows government end-users who actively engage with Salesforce's interface to manage grants, contracts and vendors, personnel, healthcare services, education services, analytics and more to restore accidental changes to Salesforce data. Backup for End-Users can capture every change that occurs in the Salesforce Org, and allow end-users to restore to previous versions.

Easy to install and implement
Backup for End-Users is a standalone Salesforce Managed Package. This package has been specifically designed for users of Salesforce Government Cloud - such as Federal, State, Local, Municipal, Educational, Tribal and Territorial organizations - because it is native to Salesforce and runs solely within the customer Salesforce instance.
Complies with Salesforce's rigorous security standards
Backup for End-Users respects the Salesforce security model at all times. End-users can only restore the records that they have permissions to modify. Admins can also track every change made by the product on all objects.
Backup for End-Users has passed the rigorous Salesforce Security Review approval process. It is built from the same security-by-design capabilities featured in all products on the Odaseva Enterprise Data Security Platform.
Odaseva Gateway for Government Cloud Plus provides end-to-end encryption
Odaseva now also offers Salesforce Government Cloud Admins and Security Teams a new security product called Odaseva Gateway. This on-premise installation ensures third-party applications never have access to clear text in a customer's Salesforce instance, protecting the most sensitive data with end-to-end encryption.
Gateway ensures that customer data never reaches a third-party unencrypted, including Salesforce, while still enabling the third-party application to function properly. All data moving between the third-party application and a customer's Salesforce instance is automatically encrypted with the customer's key. Companies and agencies can set rules to mask sensitive data, such as customer emails and phone numbers, enabling the third-party application to function as intended while preventing it from ever accessing sensitive data.
