BOSTON, MA / ACCESSWIRE / June 24, 2022 / As a dedicated member of the Boston community, Marco Bitran is proud to be a volunteer at Angel Flight - a non-profit organization that provides air transportation services for passengers in need of serious medical treatment. As a certified pilot, Marco encourages anyone with a valid license to put their aviation skills to good use.
"I am very happy to play a role in helping individuals receive the medical treatment that they need. So many people lack access to basic care and I want to do whatever I can to ensure that anyone using this service gets the help they deserve."
Marco recently received a letter thanking him for the part he played in helping a young boy by the name of Moses access the care he required at the Neuroenhancement & Cognitive Optimization Association in Virginia Beach. With costs adding up the volunteers were able to fly Moses to his appointments and have offered their continued support on his journey.
"Angel Flight is always looking for new volunteers, so it is important that we all do our part to cultivate meaningful change. Moses is just one example of the many people the organization aims to help on a daily basis."
