Called the Max Gorin Scholarship, the program will annually provide a $1,000 financial grant to a deserving college student in the United States.
MONTEBELLO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 29, 2021 / Healthcare business leader Max Gorin decided to start a scholarship program for incoming and current college students in 2021 and beyond. The assistance program aims to ease the financial burden that students face as they pursue their college degrees.

As a co-founder and business development leader for LifeLine Ambulance services, Gorin stands by his core values of responding to the needs of others. While his company has achieved great success through the years, as an immigrant, Gorin understands the other side of the coin very well- students are in deep financial need to pursue their academic goals.
As someone who highly values the power of education, Max Gorin started this scholarship program to help students offset the cost of completing their college degrees. The Max Gorin Scholarship is open to all incoming and current college students in the United States.
To be considered for the scholarship program, students should meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be enrolled as an undergraduate or a graduate student studying any major in the U.S. before the scholarship deadline or;
- Be a current high school senior accepted in a U.S. college or university before the scholarship deadline.
If you students meet these requirements, they may submit their details on the Max Gorin Scholarship website along with a 400-word essay following the prompt below:
"Healthcare in America is a frequently debated topic. Do you believe an individual's ability to obtain higher education can impact their long-term quality of health? Why or why not?"
All submissions, including the online application form and essay, must be submitted on or before June 30, 2022. The award may be used for tuition, room and board, books, or any related educational expense.
