Commonwealth Joe Commits to Safely Serving High-Quality Coffee for Offices

In partnership with Smart Beverage Technologies, CWJ developed a proprietary, touchless dispensing solution for CWJ's coffee kegs and Kegerator Vending Machines. CWJ's Touchless Tap technology allows for a hands-free, contactless draft beverage pouring experience. Using ultrasonic technology, the tap detects a user's hand and the cup enabling it to distinguish between a user's movements, e.g., cleaning the machine versus pouring a cup of coffee.

For customers outside of the D.C. Metro Area, Philadelphia, and New York City, CWJ carefully vets local, best-in-class distributors to ensure they adhere to strict safety protocols and have high service standards. Partner distributors service CWJ's customers using a thoughtfully designed online delivery operations platform for keg delivery and on-site maintenance. Distributors use CWJ's proprietary software to receive orders, map routes, record and monitor deliveries, send invoices, and respond to service tickets, limiting the amount of in-person contact required. CWJ and partner distributors also track last-mile distribution KPI's in real-time dashboards.
