Heather Dupuis, founder of the company, says, "We want you to find everything that you need in either of our two Ann Arbor studios. We offer a wide range of services from personal training to fitness classes and everything that you need to keep you fit and healthy.”

Dupuis says that in addition to personal trainers on staff and more than 100 fitness classes per week, the studios also offer private Pilates classes, barre, spinning, spa services and a retail center and smoothie bar.

"And," Dupuis continues, "This is all without the burden of joining a gym. You don't have monthly membership fees and you never have to worry about those intimidating gym people looking over you while you do your own thing."

Dupuis says that those who would like more information can find it on the company's official Facebook page, where reviews from other clients can be found, as well as interaction with those who use the Ann Arbor studios. Dupuis says that the center is a fitness studio, which means that clients pay only for what they want and when they want it, without the burden of monthly or yearly membership fees. She says that the front desk staff are trained and educated to help clients to determine what they want and to help them to choose the best classes, training or other fitness programs that are best for their individual needs.

Dupuis says that the mission of all the staff at Vie is to create a place where clients can engage in healthy, balanced lifestyles; a secondary place beyond work and home where the clients can relax while they are getting healthier. She states that the entire staff is dedicated to providing clients with a professional yet personal space where they can get to know each client on a personal level.

"Our fitness center is like a community," Dupuis continues. "We want to know you. We want to know about your family, your pets, your work. We're all one big happy family here and it shows in how our clients continue to return over and over again."

She further states that the fitness center has everything that clients will need in order to balance their lives including private strength, cardio and Pilates fitness training sessions, as well as a wide variety of additional fitness classes. The spa offers facials, waxing, massage and more and Dupuis says that their smoothie bar is available to help fuel clients while they are working on themselves. Training sessions can be set up with two clients and one personal trainer for those who have a workout buddy and Dupuis says that there are a number of benefits to working with a qualified and educated personal trainer.

She says that working with a personal trainer helps to keep one motivated so that they will continue to work toward optimal health and that having someone to push and believe in clients is important to their overall success. She also warns that sessions with personal trainers fill up quickly, even though they have several on staff, and recommends that anyone who is interested in scheduling a session with one of the trainers should contact them soon to learn more. Dupuis states that those who are interested can also learn more and keep up with any changes or happenings at the center by following them on their official Twitter page at https://twitter.com/VieFit/.

Dupuis says that the entire staff are pleased to have their two locations now up and running and states that they have a website where those interested can gain more information about the specific services that they offer, personal training schedules, pricing and more. She says that anyone who wants to get fit and healthy but does not like the crowds at big gyms or the membership fees that come along with larger gyms will find their fitness center to be the perfect fit. Those who are interested in learning more can follow Vie on any of their social media sites, visit them on their official website or visit them in person. Dupuis says that anyone who has questions about the fitness centers can contact them at any time during their normal hours and speak with a friendly staff member.
