Donation to Grant Life-Changing Wishes to Children with Critical Illnesses

LOS ANGELES / ACCESSWIRE / September 12, 2018 / Make-A-Wish® Greater Los Angeles has received an undisclosed donation from noted private equity executive and entrepreneur Phillip Sarofim for the purpose of granting more wishes to children with critical illnesses.

Sarofim is founder and Chief Executive Officer of PS Ventures (www.psventures.com), a privately-held investment firm with an ownership portfolio that encompasses a variety of companies involved in technology, entertainment and consumer products.

A stage 2 Hodgkin Lymphoma survivor, Sarofim is committed to supporting cancer research through a number of distinguished medical facilities, as well as organizations dedicated toward funding operations for those in need, including Operation Smile.
