(OTC PINK: USTC) is pleased to confirm that the Company has reduced authorized common shares to Five Hundred Million (500,000,000) and authorized preferred shares to Fifty Million (50,000,000). The Amended Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the state of Delaware.
