(TSX-V: XIM) (OTC PINK: XXMMF) is pleased to announce that it has further amended the terms pertaining to agreement for the purchase of the net smelter return royalty on certain mineral claims comprising the Brett Gold property where the final payment of $1,250,000 shall be paid in two installments; $420,000 shall be paid by way of 6,000,000 common shares upon TSX Venture Exchange approval at the deemed price of $0.07 per common share and $830,000 shall be payable on or before February 20, 2020.
