The event is set to occur on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the Phoenix Zoo. For Phillips Law, the goals of MADD are incredibly important and they overlap significantly with the work they do themselves in relation to personal injury law.

As such, we are proud to be the title sponsor of MADD's biggest annual event in October."
The event highlights that some 5,190 alcohol related crashes took place in 2013 alone. As a result, 3,480 people were injured and 262 people died. Many of these cases have been dealt with by Phillips Law Group, who are seeing firsthand the devastating effects the choices of people who drive under the influence have on the lives of innocent people.
MADD was created by one woman whose daughter was killed by a drunk driver. Since inception, the non profit organization has helped 63,000 survivors across the nation. The services they provide are completely free of charge. Furthermore, they were the driving force behind the 21 Minimum Drinking Age Law and this has helped them save around 30,000 young lives.
"MADD was founded in 1980 and their work has had fantastic effects across the nation," adds Jeffrey Phillips. "However, 1 in 3 people will still be involved in a drunk driving crash in their lifetime, meaning someone is injured by a drunk driver every 90 seconds. More worryingly, someone is killed by a drunk driver every 53 minutes. We want to stand and walk with MADD and say that enough is enough."
