The management team of Union Equity would like to express their apologies for the length of time it has taken to complete the year-end financial statements as well as the audit. The year-end financial statements will hopefully be completed by the end of the week. The filings for the year-end financial statements are combined with the SEC audit filing. The completion of the SEC audit has required some information regarding business dealings from a time before the current management team was in place. This information has since been retained and submitted to the auditor for review.
Union Equity Inc. has retained Mr. Joe D'Arelli of D'Arelli Pruzansky, P.A.as the corporate auditor. With an extensive background in SEC auditing, the management team of Union Equity feel as if he will be able to complete this task in a timely manner.
Recently there has been interest from numerous companies regarding various avenues of doing business with Union Equity Inc. Union Equity is looking forward to discussing all options with all parties involved to build a better, stronger business for the future.
