The Transition Will Be Seamless and Will Not Cause any Interruption in Service for Customers
As a company spokesperson noted, the transition from one company to two will be seamless and it will not cause any interruptions in service. The changes are scheduled to take place on August 1, 2014.
Currently, TGWasteWater Treatment Systems LLC is owned by Thomas Talbott and Mitchell Gardner, who have a 70 percent and 30 percent stake in the company, respectively. As part of the split into two companies, Daniel Bryant will be given a 30 percent stake in the company, leaving Talbott with 51 percent and Gardner with 19 percent. Bryant will also serve as president of TG Online LLC.
As the company spokesperson noted, Bryant was selected to join the TG Online LLC team as president because he has consistently increased the revenues of the online department by over 10 percent a month since creating the department. At just 22 years of age, Bryant is a highly-skilled and successful entrepreneur who has helped TGWasteWater Treatment Systems LLC to nearly double its revenues and increase its profit margins by over 7 percent. In his new role of president, Bryant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the website function and performance, as well as continuing to improve the company’s SEO, marketing strategy and product additions.
"Daniel Bryant joined the team at TGWasteWater close to two years ago since then he has proven to be a committed and essential part of the company," Talbott said, adding that Bryant rapidly gained industry and product knowledge through his tenure at the company.
"This experience combined with an ongoing higher education in computer systems and website development made Mr. Bryant the perfect candidate to lead TGWasteWater into the future of the e-commerce arena."
