In addition, the company announces that it intends to raise a minimum of $200,000 through this non-brokered private placement for commons shares and/or convertible debt. The company has received $50,000 from one director of the company and $125,000 from an external party for a total of $175,000 towards the private placement. The funds are being applied towards working capital for the company.
