Grenadier Homes' Villas in the Park Nearing Capacity

227 Homes Sold in Fairview Housing Development

DALLAS, TX / / ACCESSWIRE / May 05, 2014 / Villas in the Park is at 98 percent capacity, with only a handful of homes left for sale in the housing development on Fairview Parkway in Fairview, Texas. Dallas builder Grenadier Homes has sold 195 town homes and 32 detached patio homes in the development since construction started in 2007. Construction on the final homes is expected to be completed by the end of June.

"Villas in the Park is great for home owners, great for us and great for the local economy. When we're officially at capacity, wewill have sold roughly $10 million in patio homes and $50 million in town homes in Fairview," says John Egnatis, co-founder and CEO of Grenadier Homes. "The area was largely underdeveloped until recently, but the Collin County community has many restaurant, retail and entertainment options now, and we're honored to be a part of that growth."

Egnatis attributes the success of Villas in the Park to a variety of factors, such as the community's amenities, location and the Grenadier Homes way of doing business, which is referred to by Grenadier Homes employees as "The Grenadier Way." The Grenadier Way is about listening to and guiding buyers through every step in the process, from pre-purchase to post-build, and asking them for feedback during every step to ensure a smooth transition into the perfect Grenadier home.

He adds that many of the Villas in the Park residents are seasoned buyers who look for high quality, luxurious homes that are more energy efficient and "life-sized," a phrase Grenadier Homes has coined to mean "better sized for the buyer's current life." All homes are Green Built(TM) Texas-certified and Energy Star(R)-rated, meaning they have been third-party tested and approved to ensure the highest levels of efficiency. Villas in the Park residents also enjoy a "lock-and-leave" lifestyle. The homeowner's association is responsible for all yard maintenance, so residents never have to worry about mowing, watering, weeding or similar activities.

Villas in the Park features attached town homes and detached patio homes. All homes have trellis patios or front porches surrounded by native landscaping. Homes range from 1,259 to 3,065 square feet inside and up to 343 square feet outside.
