(TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) (the "Company") announced on October 15, 2013 that the Company had entered into a Binding Letter of Agreement ("BLA") with ScanMag AS, a Norway-based industrial minerals company, to form a new joint venture ("JV") partnership and for ScanMag to acquire a 19.9% equity interest in the Company.
Closing of the transaction has been extended. Certain aspects of the transaction are still being clarified. The parties are in discussions and the Company hopes a conclusion will be reached soon. The Company will announce any updated material developments.
