Mr. Johnston is a Chartered Account and has over 15 years of experience in senior financial positions in public and private companies, including acting as Chief Financial Officer of Medwell Capital Corp., a public biotechnology company.
Mr. Johnston will replace Colin Campbell, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since March 2010. Mr. Campbell will remain with the Company to assist in the transition.
