April 23, 2012, Guelph, Ontario. Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX:ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company"), is very pleased to announce that the Company has executed an agreement with JUKAM Machinery Co., Ltd.
