New Financial Guidance 2024

Our Transport Series is selling and scaling well. This is the basis for the ~10% increase in revenue guidance. The Truck Manager release is set for October with almost 3,000,000 preregistered users.

EBT is not following suit because of the shutdown of our Lithuanian subsidiary Piu Piu Ltd., and what will most likely be an impairment of 3.5m DKK for Airport Tycoon, which was discontinued last month.

Furthermore, we are investing more in marketing which impacts the bottom line negatively in the short term, because when we buy a user it takes 6 months to earn back the spend. This means that the money we spend in the last half of the year will impact EBITDA and EBT negatively for 2024 but positively for 2025.

Lastly, while The Ranchers, which we are publishing, is still scheduled for 2024, we aren't including it in the guidance because of the high uncertainty around the release date and sales numbers.
