Group Training Fitness Brand Eat the Frog is the Second in the Extraordinary Brands Growing Portfolio
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA / ACCESSWIRE / April 10, 2024 / Extraordinary Brands has announced today the acquisition of Eat the Frog Fitness, the second boutique fitness brand to join the new fitness conglomerate growing alongside Premium Service Brands. Eat the Frog Fitness is a personalized group training concept that will join the indoor cycling concept, pūrvelo in the growing lineup at Extraordinary Brands.
Co-founded in 2014 by Olympic Gold Medalist, Bryan Clay who was passionate about transforming his learnings from training for the Olympics into a fitness concept, he outlined the concept in Hawaii and California before opening a first location in Arizona. Since that time, the brand has expanded across the country and looks to add to its footprint within the Extraordinary Brands portfolio.
"Eat The Frog isn't an ordinary group fitness concept, it takes a hyper-personal approach to group training which is what makes it so unique. We are thrilled to add this concept to our portfolio of franchise brands," said RJ, President of Extraordinary Brands. "With the intention of expanding the Extraordinary Brands portfolio we couldn't be more excited to enhance our franchise based business offerings with this strength based concept."
The name 'Eat The Frog' was inspired by a quote from Mark Twain that refers to tackling the hardest things in life and for many people, that is fitness. The Eat The Frog format is tailored to the individual to create a powerful training experience for people of all fitness levels.
As part of Extraordinary Brands, Eat The Frog franchisees will be supported by the seasoned team of franchise veterans with over 100 years of experience building some of the most successful franchise brands in the hospitality, home services, restaurants and other industries.
