("Amarc" or the "Company") (TSX-V:AHR)(OTCQB:AXREF) announces that the Company has granted 6.4 million incentive stock options at a price of $0.105 per share for periods of three to five years to management, directors and service providers, of which 5.5 million have been granted to insiders. All of the options are subject to any required TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
