TIMELESS LOVE is written by an award-winning writer, Simin Vaswani, This is her personal story where she sought solace in art, dance and creativity through the trials and tribulations of her life. She strongly believes that emotions have to be processed to be fully present in life and to have deeper relationships.

Brief synopsis

When Simin struggles in her intimacy with Harish, she seeks solace in her dream world. After discovering Charmaine and Antoine's life which is rich in love, romance, passion and dance, a portal of inspiration opens, fueling her romantic journey with Harish and thus rekindling their timeless love.

Director's Note

The narrative of TIMELESS LOVE seamlessly moves between Europe in the early 20th Century and present day Boston, where artwork and dance reflect a search for expression through constantly evolving personal, social and cultural ideas.

Even as the world changes, the arts provide for our characters a means of expressing their thoughts and passions. The stories of the past and the present reflect one another like mirrors, and eventually become one.

Simin Vaswani's deeply romantic screenplay shows how the past informs the present, how dance mirrors our inner lives and how our domestic pedestrian lives mirror an endless dance.

I admired how emotionally available her storytelling is, her investment in the moment-to-moment lives of her characters, and that if you're fully present in your life, the epic and the pedestrian feel equally sacred. The love story is not about the individual, but about how those stories are about everyone, from past to present and beyond.

Why this? Why now?

When humanity loses hope in love, then life is at a risk of monotony. Every human being wants to be loved unconditionally in connection with another human but without facing the fear of loss in our hearts, we cannot open to the possibility of loving someone deeply. It's the fear of connection with one's self that prevents us from connecting with another human being. Love is timeless but in this dimension we have to constantly choose love over fear.

Producers Simin Vaswani and Harish Vaswani look forward to the success of this film.
