TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 23, 2023 / E2Gold Inc. (TSXV:ETU),(OTCQB:ETUGF) (the "Company" or "E2") announces a clarification to its press release titled "E2Gold Closes $200,000 Financing" issued on June 22, 2023 (the "Initial Press Release").

The Initial Press Release reported the closing date of the $200,000 financing (the "Financing") to be June 22, 2023. For clarification, the closing date of the Financing is June 23, 2023. This clarification does not change any other information reported in the Initial Press Release.
