"It is essential to manage all of your responsibilities openly and honestly. If you are unsure, then take the time to circle back to your clients and have a discussion with them. Clients do not appreciate receiving an answer for the sake of receiving an answer, they want to understand their options." Michelle also mentions the importance of a follow-up. As someone who prides herself on her integrity and commitment to her clients, she states that forging professional relationships helps her maintain a competitive edge and provides access to more opportunities.
Having established her own business, Michelle understands the various roadblocks individuals often encounter when first starting out in the industry.
