Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE:MPW)
Class Period: March 1, 2022 - February 22, 2023

Deadline: June 12, 2023
For more info:www.bgandg.com/mpw

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors that: (1) Prospect was facing significant pressures affecting the profitability of its Pennsylvania properties; (2) as a result, there was a significant risk that Prospect would be unable to meet its rental obligations owed to MPT; (3) "given the elongated timing of the Pennsylvania recovery," the Company was reasonably likely to record an impairment charge to the real estate value of the Pennsylvania properties; and (4) as a result of the foregoing, defendant's positive statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ:PLUG)

Class Period: August 9, 2022 - March 1, 2023,

Deadline: June 12, 2023
For more info:www.bgandg.com/plug

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Plug and certain of the company's executive officers made a series of materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts, about the Company's business and operations. Specifically, the Defendants are alleged to have misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that the Company was unable to effectively manage its supply chain and product manufacturing, resulting in reduced revenues and margins, increased inventory levels, and several large deals being delayed until at least 2023, among other issues. The complaint further alleges that, as a result of Defendants' wrongful acts and omissions, and the significant decline in the market value of the company's common stock when the truth was revealed, Plug Power's investors have suffered significant damages.

Nutanix, Inc (NASDAQ:NTNX)

Class Period: September 21, 2021 - March 6, 2023

Deadline: June 13, 2023
For more info:www.bgandg.com/ntnx

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company maintained deficient internal controls relating to its use of licensed software and expense management; (2) as a result of these deficiencies, the Company improperly used third-party evaluation software for business purposes over a multi-year period; (3) investigation and remediation of the foregoing-i.e., by paying vendors the full cost to use their software for business purposes-would cause the Company to incur significant expenses; and (4) as a result, the Company's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
