The two major workshops focused on helping emerging leaders maximize their potential are ‘Moving Beyond Survival' and ‘Thriving in Chaos'. Moving Beyond Survival focuses on helping team members to become aware of their strengths and potential. The next program in the emerging leaders series, Thriving in chaos, focuses on teaching people how to move beyond time management into time mastery. For developing leaders, the organization provides an eight-week program focused on empowering leadership which follows a seven-step process known as the E.M.P.O.W.E.RTM method. The program teaches participants to:

Prior to founding Legacy, he served for 8 years as a United States Marine Corps Officer and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his leadership as a Commander of one of the largest companies in the Marine Corps. Robert received his JD, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
