Charleston-based Storage Company Donates More Than $10,000 in 2022
CHARLESTON, SC / ACCESSWIRE / December 15, 2022 / UNITS® Moving and Portable Storage, a national franchise brand and rapidly expanding leader in the moving and portable storage industry, is pleased to announce a $12,000 donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society during 2022 through sponsorship and a partnership with NASCAR.
UNITS served as a $10,000 bronze sponsor and teamed up with NASCAR to help make it happen.
UNITS also donated another $2,000 through its "Top 5 Finish" partnership with NASCAR. Each time NASCAR Hall of Famer Bobby Labonte and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series participant Timmy Hill finished a race in the top five, UNITS makes a $100 to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This year the drivers had 20 top five finishes.
UNITS recently delivered a check to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for money collected through the various fundraising events and efforts benefiting the charity.
UNITS CEO Michael McAlhany said he is proud to be able to give back to such a worthy cause.
