CHICAGO, IL / ACCESSWIRE / December 5, 2022 / The Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the premier nonprofit serving corporate renewal and restructuring professionals worldwide, has presented Allen Kadish, Archer & Greiner P.C., with the 2022 TMA Chair's Award.
TMA Global Chair Matthew English, CTP, Arch + Beam, presented Kadish with the award during the TMA Annual Conference held in Boston, Mass. The TMA Chair's Award is presented to one individual who raises the public profile of the corporate restructuring industry through their volunteer service and dedication to TMA.

An active TMA member for 18 years, Kadish is a restructuring partner in the New York City office of Archer & Greiner, P.C., a 175-lawyer full-service law firm. Allen focuses his practice in the areas of corporate crisis management, complex transactions, Chapter 11 restructurings, workouts, creditors' rights, business law, and business litigation.
Kadish and TMA Global CEO Scott Y. Stuart were part of a small group that launched the networking group workOUT in 2009-marking the beginning of LGBT professionals organizing in the restructuring industry. Kadish went on to serve in myriad volunteer leadership roles at TMA- including President of TMA New York City-all while fostering a culture of diversity through events and training.
