Having served in various leadership roles for multiple counties throughout the U.S, Todd is hoping to share some of his experiences with an online audience.
"Growing up in Thornton, Colorado, my father served in a city council position for more than twelve years. As a result, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about government from an early age. My parents played very active roles in the community so I was inspired by their ambition and willingness to create positive change. I have held a number of positions for different counties throughout the country and I am looking forward to my new role in September. I want to continue making a difference and I plan to highlight my journey through my official blog."

Todd Leopold has twenty-five years of public service experience working for city, county, and regional organizations. Todd obtained his Associate's Degree from Southeast Community College in Beatrice Nebraska, before completing an Honors Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Eastern New Mexico University in 1996. Wanting to further his knowledge of the public sector, Todd obtained his master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1999. Since completing his post-secondary education, Todd has worked in various leadership positions including County Executive, County Manager, Administrative Services Director, Budget Director, and Management Analyst.
