Position Leads Agent Recruiting Efforts for Offices throughout Bucks County
NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / October 3, 2022 / Coldwell Banker Hearthside is so thrilled to welcome Christy Manetta as the company's new Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for screening, sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting best-in-class agents to join the Hearthside team. Christy will be the point person for all agent recruiting in and around Hearthside's Bucks County footprint and help those recruits get acclimated within the organization.
Christy studied education at Messiah University and has been a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson since 2018. Prior to getting her real estate license, Christy worked for Win Home Inspection as the Marketing Manager. In this role, she was able to grow the business substantially and construct important relationships with agents in the area. She has a great deal of experience with online marketing, networking, and business development.

Christy has been with Coldwell Banker Hearthside since 2018 as an agent and won the "Rising Star" award in 2019. This year, she developed a podcast with the Bucks County Real Estate Institute called, "Killin It In Real Estate" that has become a favorite listen with agents across the state of Pennsylvania. On the podcast, Christy speaks with agents, attorneys, and vendors in the local market to share tips and tricks for success in real estate.
Christy was born and raised in Harleysville, PA and now resides in Furlong, PA. She has 3 children, 2 dogs, and a bearded dragon at home, with a grand snake who lives in Rhode Island. She enjoys working out, paddle boarding, yard work, and hanging out with her mostly grown kids.
