After the fall of the Iron Curtain, Bea studied at Oxford before launching into the world of finance. Yet, despite how lucrative her career path may have been, it left her feeling disillusioned and dissatisfied, and Bea yearned for something more fulfilling.
Recognising that her passion for coaching and intuitive aptitude for persuasive communication could be combined with her existing entrepreneurial spirit, ideas started to churn. Deciding on a goal to liberate women, help them discover their natural strengths, thrive in their work, and live with purpose, she started a transformational coaching practice in London, where she worked with CEOs, public figures, politicians, scientists, authors, artists, educators, and other professionals and established an international reputation as the go-to person for influential women.
Soon after, GIFEW was born, as a new kind of platform and community for transformational education and mentoring, representing the culmination of Bea's years of hard work. While the early days weren't easy, particularly when it came to delivering the educational schedule across multiple time zones on her own, things have come a long way since then as Bea refined her business model.
