"Despite being an industry veteran, I am always learning and trying to evolve my skill sets. When I first started to focus on sustainable cuisine I was met without a lot of uncertainty. Currently working as a personal chef, Jason enjoys the amount of creative freedom that his career allows him. In a recent blog post he outlines what questions individuals should ask their personal chefs, which includes basic facts about dietary restrictions, cooking preferences, and budget.
