Tuesday, 05 July 2022 08:00 AM

During the course of the interview, the CEO of FIMAC, one of the world's leading digital marketing companies, revealed some fascinating thoughts, ideas, and opinions.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 5, 2022 / When the writing staff of a prominent online magazine that concentrates on matters relating to business, leadership, and technology approached veteran corporate executive James Assali about being the subject of a new professional profile, he agreed readily, eager to share the wisdom he has accumulated over the years. The interview, which touches on a wide variety of subjects, ranging from what defines his way of doing business to how he measures success, was published on April 11, 2022.

At the outset of the profile, James is asked to outline the corporate culture he has fostered at FIMAC in his capacity as CEO. "The culture of our company is that we are willing to put in the extra effort needed to create results. We have a great atmosphere built on positivity and proactively finding solutions. We don't gauge our performance based on how many hours we put in. We focus on the results. I compare it to the military in that we don't look for excuses to not get things done. We have a chain of command and methods that are tried and true. We've learned what works, and will always lay out a detailed plan for success. Of course, we are always willing to learn new approaches or processes if they are proven to be effective. The bottom line is, if we say we are going to do something, we will get it done."

Later in the interview, James Assali answers a pointed question about how he measures success, replying, "Success is a lot more than financial freedom. So many people focus so much on making enough money to be comfortable, they neglect the other important factors of success. For me, being a positive influence on everyone around me is equally important. Providing a service or product that benefits humanity is also a measure of success. My family comes from a social service background. As far back as I can remember, I was taught to help other people whenever you can. Seeing how something I have done has helped another person means so much more to me than earning money. It is so much more fulfilling to make a difference in someone's life than it is to cash a paycheck. That fulfillment carries over into my business, as well. The satisfaction of a successful resolution for my clients is what I look forward to so much more than getting paid. We make a real difference for companies."

About James Assali:

Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, James Assali made his home in California, after having journeyed to the Golden State by bus with only a backpack full of possessions at the tender age of 13 years old. After finishing school, James began his career in the financial sector. He distinguished himself from his peers through hard work and diligence, and was eventually named the CEO of the Meredian Financial Corporation. Unfortunately, in 2008, during the height of the global mortgage crisis, he was diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia, which caused him to lose the power of speech. As a consequence of this, James had to step away from Meredian Financial and leave the running of day-to-day operations to a team of other executives. When, after this, the firm ran into some serious problems, regulatory agencies investigated, ultimately clearing James of all wrongdoing.

After undergoing an open throat surgery with Dr. Gerald Burke at UCLA Medical Center, followed by years of recovery, James Assali partly regained his voice. In the time since, he has re-entered the business world, and is now the CEO of multiple firms, including FIMAC, one of the largest digital marketing and branding companies in the world.

James Assali resides in Orange County, California, with his wife and five children. He is a devout Christian, and prides himself on being a philanthropist as well as a successful executive.
