Beyond Oil Commences Trading on the CSE Under the Ticker Symbol "BOIL"

VANCOUVER, BC and KIBBUTZ YIFAT, ISRAEL / ACCESSWIRE / May 25, 2022 / Beyond Oil Ltd. ("Beyond Oil" or the "Company"), a food-tech innovation company extending the life of frying oil, reducing costs and waste, is pleased to announce that its common shares (the "Shares") will commence trading today on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under the ticker symbol "BOIL".

The Company's patented filtration products extend the shelf-life of produced and used edible oils through its green process that prevents the formation of trans fatty acids and other toxic fatty acids, while preserving quality and nutritional value. Beyond Oil's unique technology and methodology integrate into customers' existing oil filtration processes, saving customers' costs by reducing the amount of used oil required in restaurant operations.

Engagement with irlabs

Beyond Oil is also pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement effective April 1, 2022 (the "Agreement") with IR Labs Inc. ("irlabs") to provide the Company with investor relations services, particularly with developing and managing a comprehensive investor relations and corporate communications program.
