Among the interesting original content spotlighted in the website's debut is an in-depth interview conducted by freelance journalist Torry Mastery and published by an online periodical that concentrates on matters relating to business and technology. In the piece, Pedro Martin touches on an assortment of topics, everything from the inspiration behind creating Terra to the characteristics that he believes define a great business leader. In one section of the interview, Pedro is asked to cite one thing that he believes separates his real estate development company from the competition. "I think it's our commitment to unique designs, and our commitment to helping and improving the community through our work," he replies. "To be clear, when I talk about our community, I don't just mean South Florida. There are many subsections, including Miami Beach, downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Miami-Dade County, and Broward County, among others, and each of these places has its own identity. We specifically design our works to bring out the best of these unique communities, while being energy efficient and environmentally conscious at the same time. That's what we're known for."

The new website also features the inaugural installments of a blog written by Pedro himself. In it, he addresses subjects such as the subtleties of the Miami real estate market, the increasing popularity of digital house hunting, and the impact of the rising costs of building materials on large-scale property development-all subjects with which he has ample first-hand experience.

In addition to featuring such informative and thought-provoking original content, the site also provides the relevant information for those who wish to contact Pedro Martin over social media, whether it be to inquire about his company's development projects, or simply to reach out and say hello.

A longtime proponent of digital media in particular and new technology in general, the launch of this website represents the realization of a long-held ambition for Pedro Martin, and he is very pleased with the result. The site will be updated with new content on a regular basis.

About Pedro Martin:

Pedro Martin is a real estate developer based out of Miami, Florida. Born in Cuba but raised in the United States, Pedro's early academic pursuits gave little indication of his later career in high-end real estate development. After completing a BA in engineering from the University of Florida, he entered the professional world with the defense contracting company Martin Marietta (now known as Lockheed Martin) where he worked on various hi-tech electronics and missile systems. After some self-reflection, Pedro decided to go back to school to study law, once again at the University of Florida, graduating in 1978. He then established himself as a real estate and banking lawyer for the firm Greenberg Traurig, where he would stay for the next 25 years.

Drawing inspiration from his legal experience representing various financial institutions and real estate developers, Pedro Martin sought another career change around the turn of the millennium. He teamed up with his son David Martin to co-found Terra in 2001. The father and son team started small, with only a single condominium in Miami Beach. However, the company grew quickly, and is now responsible for the development of many housing developments, commercial spaces, and skyscrapers all around the region of South Florida, and boasts a portfolio worth more than $8 billion.

These days, Pedro Martin continues his work at Terra. Although he is no longer the company's CEO, he retains his position as owner and chairman. He is now focused on ensuring that he leaves Terra in a strong and steady position when he retires.
