Growth Firm AMD Consulting Group Celebrates 3rd Year Anniversary Of 100% Growth

The AMD Story

The AMD story starts with its founder Assil Dayri, a graduate of Glion Institute of Higher Education's International Hospitality Business programme, within which he specialised in sales and marketing. His knowledge of growth and scaling methodologies, however, came from the time he spent at Gartner.

While working at Gartner, he became conscious of many best practices that were being implemented in ways that were scalable across different sizes of business, replicable across different industries, and proven through demonstrated results.

Simultaneously, the main challenge Assil kept hearing from founders, CEOs, and CTOs was that although they were very confident in the products and technologies they were developing, their main pain point was sales and marketing. This made it clear that there was something to be done to support B2B businesses with their customer acquisition and growth, and soon after, AMD was born.

After leaving Gartner to start AMD, Assil started implementing these best practices to drive internal growth, and seeing the results, was then able to validate the strategies and offer them as a service for his customers. One year later, in April 2020, Assil brought on a long-term business partner, Steven Christodulidis, to help scale their operations. Steven brought with him a strong operational background, having also studied at Glion as well as completed the Soho House Management training programme in 2017. His expertise in account management, process management, and management of large teams complemented Assil's expertise in sales and marketing and has since proven to be highly synergetic for the duo as they celebrate AMD's third consecutive year of growth.

The AMD Approach: Results Based On Evidence

AMD's flagship service is focused on B2B customer acquisition and growth services in the form of lead generation via email and LinkedIn campaigns with sales development representatives to support client operations. AMD also offers premium services including the management of Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ads, as well as the development of growth marketing strategies and go-to-market strategies. The team also has a passion for consulting projects where they've supported the establishment, training, and rollout of new sales teams and sales strategies for companies of all shapes and sizes.
