The veteran real estate developer and co-founder of Empire Residential sat down to discuss his life, his career, and his professional philosophy.

STAMFORD, CT / ACCESSWIRE / March 21, 2022 / It is with great enthusiasm that noted real estate developer and co-founder of Empire Residential Anthony Kolich announces that he is the subject of a new, in-depth interview. The interview, which was conducted by one of the United Kingdom's leading online business periodicals, was published on March 15, 2022.

Early in the piece, Anthony is asked how he defines and measures the ever-elusive concept of success, specifically in the arena of property development. "There are a lot of different ways to define success, being knowledgeable is a requirement. Being aware of your industry, your options, and your current market are all critical components of finding success. It's important to be sure to know what's going on in the market to identify the best timing to engage in which project," he responds, adding, "So, I'd say you become successful in the real estate industry by doing all those things. Measuring success is done not just through money, but also by being able to pick and develop the projects of your choice."

Further along in the interview, Anthony Kolich dispenses some advice to anyone considering a career in the real estate sector. "I'd say go with your gut. It was not uncommon for me to hold back and dismiss my gut instinct early in my career. It became something I regretted. In fact, it proved to be a significant learning curve. Some deals disappeared while I was hesitating, and they would have been lucrative and helpful for the communities they were intended for. If your gut is telling you it's a good deal, you should take it; you should sign the contract. I would also mention that hard work combined with a hunger for results is critical in this industry. It doesn't matter what school you've been to or who you play golf with, as long as you're applying yourself with full effort, you'll create your own luck and your own success," he asserts, before summarizing his overall point. "I live by the model where the harder you work, the luckier you get because you're manufacturing that luck."

About Anthony Kolich:

Born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, Anthony Kolich was immersed in inner-workings of the real estate industry from a young age. His family operated a real estate development company, and because of this, Anthony learned the terminology, strategy, and most effective approaches to the business. While still in high school, he took on the role of helping his grandfather with apartment care and the essentials of real estate maintenance. These experiences gave Anthony the foundation of knowledge that he would later use throughout his career.

As he entered adulthood and started to make his own way in the world, Anthony Kolich founded Kolich Holdings, a property management firm based in his hometown of Stanford. His hard work, foresight, and knowledge of the real estate sector led the company to rapid growth. In time, he expanded the firm's portfolio to include commercial real estate, as well as its residential holdings. Kolich Holdings still exists, continuing to thrive and managing more than a thousand apartment units.

In the years since the creation of his first company, Anthony Kolich teamed up with a partner to found a second; Empire Residential. This residential and commercial real estate development company has expanded significantly in the short time it has existed, and harbors ambitious plans for the future
