Mr. Singh succeeds Gary Medved, the former President and CEO, who has resigned from the company effective February 10, 2022 as part of the board of directors' business and leadership planning process.
Singh, 56, has served as Executive Chairman of the company since April 2020. He joined the board as Vice-Chairman in 2018. "It is a privilege to take on this new role," Singh said.

We had lukewarm financial results in the first nine months of 2021 when compared to a very robust 2020.
