In the latest entry, posted on January 6, 2022 and titled Linda Hewlett Explains the Unspoken Real Estate Investment Skills, Linda explains that, in her experience, the old real estate axiom of ‘location, location, location' is mostly true, but with one slight addendum. "In addition to a solid location, timing is another factor that should influence your decision. Of course, it's impossible to know exactly when the real estate market will take an upward turn-but this doesn't mean you have to sit idly by and wait for luck to strike," she writes, elaborating, "As a general rule, some areas will be more profitable than others at certain times of the year. For example, properties near universities and colleges are more desirable during the school year. If you can identify these areas and time your investment accordingly, you're likely to make a greater return on your money."

In the preceding entry, posted on January 3, 2022 and titled Linda Hewlett Explains the Intersection Between Cryptocurrency and the Real Estate Industry, Linda Hewlett provides an in-depth analysis of the impact that this new method of exchange has had on real estate, writing, "Although cryptocurrencies have great potential for improving our economic systems, some challenges still need to be addressed before they can be fully integrated into the real estate industry. One of the main problems is liquidity, as there are some markets where it's difficult to sell large amounts of cryptocurrency. This makes it difficult for investors to sell their cryptocurrency assets even if buyers are on the other side. Another issue is regulation, as many governments are still trying to figure out how to deal with cryptocurrency. This can lead to a lot of uncertainty, preventing some investors from getting involved."

Anyone interested in reading these blog entries in their entirety will find them located here, while anyone curious to learn more about Linda Hewlett is encouraged to read an in-depth interview she gave to a noted online periodical that concentrates on matters of business and entrepreneurship.
