CARMEL, IN / ACCESSWIRE / December 21, 2021 / Jim Carpenter, Founder, President and CEO of Wild Birds Unlimited, Inc., announced today organizational leadership changes at the Franchisor's Franchise Support Center.
As part of its focus on bringing clarity and focus to the business while balancing the needs of their retail customers, franchisee customers and their own internal staff, Carpenter has elevated key executive leadership roles at their Carmel, Indiana Franchise Support Center.
Former departmental directors have been promoted to Vice Presidents of their respective departments with Cheryl Camp promoted to VP Controller, Christa Anderson promoted to VP of Coaching, Scott Prill promoted to VP of Communications & Training, Jim Lesch promoted to VP of Product & Supply and Bo Lowery promoted to VP of Marketing.
Dan Dobbs, former Director of Information Systems, has been promoted to VP of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer.
Paul Pickett, former Chief Development Officer, has been promoted to Executive Vice President along with his CDO role.
Included in the leadership changes is the planned retirement in the summer of 2022 of Pat Perkinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

To ensure a smooth transition after Perkinson's departure, Amy Moore, former President of Retail Concepts, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Retail Concepts and will also serve as co-COO with Perkinson until her departure, at which time Moore will become SVP/COO.
