The celebration begins Nov. 30 and continues through Dec. 5, centered on the 100 block of Flagler Street.

"For this edition of Art Week, we're putting the focus back on the Flagler District," says Moishe Mana, CEO of Mana Common. "From nightlife events and art activations, to tech workshops and informative talks, this festival brings in the best creative minds. We're activating the area with events that create a lasting impact in the neighborhood and reinforce our mission of revitalization."

The festival will put a series of large-scale experiential digital art exhibitions on public display and unveil 15 new murals in the Flagler District, commissioned by Mana Public Arts. The murals will remain on view indefinitely, transforming the neighborhood into a year-round walkable cultural landmark that reflects Miami's history and future. Entrepreneur Moishe Mana will be lending high-rise building facades for several installations set to transform Miami's skyline.

On the street level, art and tech will come together for IlluMia, an interactive nighttime visual experience presented by Urban Impact Lab that celebrates the neighborhood's future as a center for innovation. Additionally, ArtRepublic will produce a first-of-its-kind monolith featuring NFT artworks curated by SuperRare; the 24-feet-high and 12-feet wide instillation will showcase nearly 100 artists' works including those from from ArtRepublic's "LIGHT: a collective renewal" exhibition. Along the 100 block of Flagler Street, the public will have the opportunity to take part in NFT workshops, experience NFT music, view digital art galleries and exhibitions, and embark on a guided tour of the Miami Mural Festival. The event will feature a sponsored beer Garden and food and beverage options.

"A new era has begun for Downtown Miami - and Miami Art Week is the perfect time to celebrate," says Marta Viciedo, co-founder of Urban Impact Lab. "Join thousands of people - visitors, artists, the tech community and other Miamians - in seeing how art and innovation are transforming one of Miami's original neighborhoods."

The festival will also offer information on all Art Week programming in the Flagler District and Downtown Miami, in partnership with the Miami Downtown Development Authority.

"Downtown Miami has emerged as the nexus of South Florida's live, work, play lifestyle, and we are thrilled to showcase our region and everything it has to offer during one of the most anticipated times of the year," says Christina Crespi, executive director, Miami Downtown Development Authority. "As the Flagler beautification project continues making progress, this free and open to the public art festival is the latest example of the world-class events and art exhibits we are bringing to our historic ‘Main Street'."

The Flagler Street Art Festival is happening with the support of Miami Downtown Development Authority, Florida International University's College of Communication, Architecture and The Arts, Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, HistoryMiami Museum, Live Arts Miami, Miami-Dade Beacon Council, Perez Art Museum Miami, and Wynwood Business Improvement District.

About Mana Common

Mana Common is a platform for neighborhood revitalization.

We believe that truly integrated neighborhoods, where residents can live, work, and play, are the wave of the future. As such, the divisions of Mana Common reflect the most basic elements upon which a community is built: Culture, Commerce, Technology, Property, Agriculture, and Social Impact.

The name, "Mana Common," originates from our belief that our world is becoming more and more connected. Rather than focusing on our differences, our shared humanity gives us common ground, common decency, and common knowledge upon which a truly thriving community ecosystem must be built.

Using the Mana Common process, we begin building community ecosystems long before any construction begins and continue to nurture them long afterwards. This allows for rapid, meaningful, permanent vitality for a neighborhood.
