(NASDAQ:LPTH) ("LightPath," the "Company," or "we"), a vertically integrated provider of engineered solutions for the global photonics industry, today announced that its management is scheduled to participate in upcoming virtual institutional investor events as detailed below.

November 18, 2021 - Ladenburg Thalmann Virtual Technology Expo 2021
The LightPath presentation will be available for conference participants beginning at 5:00 pm eastern from Track 3. The Company's management will be conducting 1:1 meetings on a virtual basis throughout the day.

December 2, 2021 - Benchmark Company Discovery One-on-One Conference
The Company's management will be conducting 1:1 meetings on a virtual basis throughout the day.

December 15, 2021 - DA Davidson Semicap, Laser and Optical Conference
The Company's management will be conducting 1:1 meetings on a virtual basis throughout the day.
