Class Period: May 17, 2021 - August 10, 2021

This lawsuit is on behalf of persons and entities who also acquired ON24's shares pursuant and traceable to the Company's February 2, 2021, initial public offering.

The ONTF lawsuit alleges that On24, Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: the surge in COVID-19 customers observed in the lead up to the IPO consisted of a significant number that did not fit ON24's traditional customer profile, and, as a result, were significantly less likely to renew their contracts.
