OKLAHOMA CITY, OK / ACCESSWIRE / November 10, 2021 / Social media has become a primary way humans communicate-we are a social people and connecting online is the new way of the world. With millions of people out there wanting to share their expertise and creativity, social media has become a common place people look to for income creation. The current state of social media (Facebook's rebrand, Snapchat company value decline of 25%), has fueled the scramble for social media platforms to figure out how to generate revenue from the creator economy other than using advertisements. The newly launched video booking social media app Kliggit is the perfect solution, having already integrated the Creator Economy into the MVP features of the app, allowing a platform free of ads and offering creator flexibility.

With the rise in popularity of different social media platforms, the realm of video creators has expanded, and the dynamic team behind the new social platform Kliggit wanted to create a platform where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their expertise. Kliggit offers a new way for users to connect with others and monetize their time and expertise. It is the world's first video booking and social media app rooted in purpose and creating community. It derived from the idea that we have a deep-rooted need to better connect with people we value and trust most, from authors, mom bloggers, athletes, chefs, authors, coaches, doctors, and more. This need drove the creation of Kliggit, providing anyone with knowledge a platform to monetize their time and connect with others in a more personable way.

Authentic human connection is what drives and inspires the team behind Kliggit-something that has gotten lost in the large-scale mass social media world we operate in. Most companies in the space are either exclusive to celebrities or too niche to grow a following. Wanting to catalyze change through valued connection, Kliggit aims to create authentic connections through a community where the everyday expert can grow a following, have personable yet secure face-to-face human connection, and monetize time directly from their phone.

"Our goal, in essence, is to become the MasterClass for everyone." Adam Ragsdale, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. "Helping everyone see they have something to offer is a goal of our company. Whether that is your experience, your knowledge/wisdom, your skillset, or your ability to entertain -- you have something to offer, and we want to give you both a voice and a new way to monetize your time. We're inspired every day by our thousand small conversations, finding that everyone truly does have something to offer."

Getting started is simple, the app is available on Google Play and the App Store. Once downloaded members can set up their profiles and connect with others. Users can create content through different formats, and then choose to offer it for free, or for a fee with the TalkTime option. Once an event is set up others can book entrance, pay the fee, and then engage in the TalkTime (live video call) experience. Kliggit Reserve allows creators to offer followers a free chance to win a face-to-face video call -- their followers can enter their name into the kReserve once every hour and a winner is chosen randomly through the Kliggit platform to have the video call. Any videos that are posted (meaning the event Creator has allowed the video call to be recorded) will appear on their own Profile as well as their followers' Home feeds.

Behind the creation of Kliggit is the father-son duo of Kevin and Adam Ragsdale. After coming up with the idea in 2016, Kevin brought his son Adam into the company in 2017. Adam was studying computer science and together they worked on and refined the idea, eventually developing the Kliggit app. After bringing in a third partner Benjamin Gagliardi, they were able to raise seed capital as well as develop a celebrity and influencer network. Now live, the app is available for anyone to use. See what current creators have to say:

"I wish Kliggit would have been around when I was looking to enter the workforce. Being able to book TalkTimes with Industry professionals in whatever industry is invaluable. Also being able to talk to your favorite athlete and have that real-time human interaction is incomparable." - Davey Smidt, Head of Global Athlete Marketing at GoPro.

"My videos are a quick glimpse into a tattoo experience with me. I am looking for ways to personally connect to my fans which is why I choose to work with the people who created the Kliggit app." - Matt Vaught, Tattoo Artist & TikTok Influencer.

"Kliggit is the adult version of TikTok and the cool, appealing version of LinkedIn." - Madeline Jefferson, Bussett Legal and Marketing.

"I could see Kliggit becoming the Amazon of booking." - Larry Tull, Patriot Management, Manager for OneRepublic
