Shareholders File Lawsuit Against KL Acquisition Corporation, Kennedy Lewis, David Kho for Fraudulent Conveyance

MIAMI, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 26, 2021 / Shareholders for Stimwave Technologies Incorporated affiliate Micron Devices LLC, announced that a lawsuit has been filed against KL Acquisition Corporation, and it's alter ego Kennedy Lewis Investment Management LLC, an opportunistic lender, and Director David Kho. The lawsuit filed in United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida alleges fraudulent conveyance and unjust enrichment for the 2017 LLC investment group who has recently launched the blank check entity KL Acquisition Corporation.

The complaint alleges that KL and Kho made materially false and misleading statements to the court and the Trustee Tarek Kiem and disclosed confidential shareholder information intentionally in order to unjustly enrich the Kennedy Lewis position, enable unfair competition and unfair trade practices utilizing shareholder assets. The complaint also alleges fraudulent conveyance of shareholder personal assets to the benefit of the Defendants.
