SEATech Ventures Incubates Angkasa-X LEO Satellite Company in Establishing ASEAN Space Economy

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA / ACCESSWIRE / April 27, 2021 / SEATech Ventures Corp. (OTC PINK:SEAV) proudly announce the company's incubated-client Angkasa-X which spearheads in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite research & development and engineering, has signed a three parties Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Malaysia's Penang State Government and University Science of Malaysia (USM) to initiate the establishment of ASEAN Space Economy with the formation of the ASEAN-LINK satellite constellation. Angkasa-X has also signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with USM to formalize both parties' engagement for the Space Technology and LEO Satellite Engineering Talent Development Program.

SEATech Ventures currently hold 13 million shares in Angkasa-X and will be responsible for providing investment advice, and consultancy services in funding and growth strategies through SEATech Ventures' innovative Business Incubation Program. By leveraging on SEATech Ventures' incubation program, Angkasa-X is planning for IPO listing on the US capital markets in 2021.
