Prior to retaining Gigio, his client terminated their relationship with Duane Morris, an Am Law 75 law firm and hired him who took the case through arbitration. The arbitrator ultimately found in favor of Gigio's client after extensive discovery, expert testimony, and pre and post arbitration statements, and also awarded counsel fees in his favor pursuant to the Lease. Moreover, Gigio then had to file an application to the confirm the arbitration in New Jersey Superior Court under docket MID-L-64-21, which was ultimately confirmed by the Assignment Judge of Middlesex County Michael Toto for force collection on the award.
