Coronavirus 2021

The Corona Virus pandemic and resulting shutdowns continue to take an immeasurable toll on the global construction industry. Construction commerce has experienced rising material costs, shipping delays, and the loss of qualified personnel. While many building companies worldwide are suffering from these closures, RWB Construction Management continues to thrive. When your company is made up of quality people and inspired ideas, it takes more than a global shutdown to hold back progress.

Robert Burrage (Owner and CEO)

Robert Burrage, CEO of Boynton Beach-based RWB Construction Management has always been a man with a vision, and an extraordinary talent for getting the job done right. Robert and his company are familiar with overcoming challenges to serve customers. The sandy beaches of Florida offer a unique building environment with the rising tides and tropical storms and hurricanes often threaten progress. Despite challenges, RWB Construction Management has become a premier South Florida builder over the past two decades.

The Corona Virus demanded immediate and extensive changes from the global construction industry, and experts believe these will remain in place even after the outbreak withdraws. This pandemic put a spotlight on the importance of worker health and safety. RWB Construction Management highlights this team approach as part of their daily operating procedures. The RWB team implements hazardous material trainings and certifications for employees, employee temperature checks, top-to-bottom disinfections of jobsites and tools, and personal protective equipment for all levels of employees.

Whether clients desire a custom mansion, spec home, designer renovation, or ongoing estate maintenance, the RWB Construction Management team is ready to make their dreams come true. Robert and his team are ready to help clients find the property, select the team, collaborate with architects and designers, modify plans, and adjust all decisions. Robert has a track record for customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of.

The pandemic and Coronavirus have done little to slow RWB Construction Management. RWB recently completed a twenty thousand square foot spec estate on the coast of Manalapan, Florida. This mansion was designed by architect Tom Benedict of the Benedict Group and built by RWB Construction. The interior finishes and furnishings were chosen by Marc-Michaels Interior Design. Premier Estate Properties had the contemporary-style, multi-level house listed at $44.85 million, fully furnished. This beautiful oceanfront estate went on the market at the height of the pandemic and went under contract a record eight days later.
