The pandemic and Coronavirus have done little to slow RWB Construction Management. RWB recently completed a twenty thousand square foot spec estate on the coast of Manalapan, Florida. This mansion was designed by architect Tom Benedict of the Benedict Group and built by RWB Construction. The interior finishes and furnishings were chosen by Marc-Michaels Interior Design. Premier Estate Properties had the contemporary-style, multi-level house listed at $44.85 million, fully furnished. This beautiful oceanfront estate went on the market at the height of the pandemic and went under contract a record eight days later.
