Credit Approval, Refinanced Payments, And Homeownership: Eugene Fanfan Brings Financial Literacy To His Community

Wednesday, 10 March 2021 09:00 AM

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / March 10, 2021 / Eugene Fanfan is the epitome of a self-made, and beyond his individual successes, he's used his self-made platform to help others find similar success. As the youngest of ten children, Eugene moved to live with his aunt and uncle in a rough area of Miami, Florida, at an early age after his mother passed away. Despite a lack of opportunity and stability, Eugene was granted a scholarship to the University of South Florida where he earned two Bachelor Degrees and opened his first business in 2013, a used car dealership. As his first venture into the business world, running a solely owned business for five years was an impressive feat. After 2018, Eugene saw the landscape changing, and pivoted his business from brick and mortar to a virtual platform. Now, he's able to work from home while balancing spending time with his family, all while building his family's legacy.

Now, Eugene runs a financial literacy business with a large team of agents who help individuals nationwide get their finances in order so they can gain financial freedom and break generational curses. They work toward credit restoration and providing resources for financial management like credit monitoring, identity protection, and much more.

"As a minority myself I know that my people don't pay attention to these things no matter how important they are. When my mom passed away we didn't have anything that protected her assets and that stuck with me for a long time. I wanted to be a part of the change," Eugene says.

Eugene was inspired by the inequalities revealed by his time in the car sales industry to get into the financial literacy scene. After his time in car sales, he saw the sub-prime rates that the communities he was working with were being served, and this began to take a toll on him. He quickly realized that he was more motivated to help these communities, rather than sell to them.

"I mainly served a minority population who felt they had no choice to accept the rates because they needed a car. During tax season we would see individuals spend half if not all of their tax refund on a down payment for a car that would end up getting repossessed a few months down the line when they could no longer afford the payments. It was a never ending cycle and I didn't want to be a part of that anymore so I decided to be a part of the change instead. So I transitioned from the problem to the solution," Eugene says.

It's clear that Eugene truly wanted to make an impact on the lives of others. With this clear inspiration, Eugene has been able to help countless people go from renting to homeownership, help them refinance their car, or go from credit denial to being approved. With his team, Eugene is able to make many lives easier and reduce the amount of stress felt.

"When your finances are in order your whole life will fall into place and that is my goal," Eugene outlines.

By helping others find success, Eugene is able to build success for him and his family. In his eyes, success means leaving a legacy to be remembered by.

"I have a family that depends on me and I intend to be successful by any means necessary. Success is leaving an imprint on the lives of others. Success is being disciplined with yourself so that you can accomplish your goals. Success is the path less traveled that yields the most desirable results," Eugene says.

In the coming year, Eugene is focused on expanding his real estate portfolio as a means to secure generational wealth for himself and his family.
